For foreclosures and banks we are waiting on your profile preferences and qualifications that you have submitted to match what is needed on the current projects in your area.

Or;
The banks estimators are having issues with materials or contract specifics which pushes the release date of the project back. New release dates are happening all the time. If a foreclosure job is going to be sent to your email it will happen by 10am M-F.

Our policy is one contractor per lead, however we have no way of knowing if the project owner has advertised elsewhere for there project needs.

A lot of times unfortunately after a homeowner fills the job they will ignore further correspondence with people interested in there project and not offer the common courtesy of an email back telling the interested party there project has been filled.
