Contractor Support is a FREE service. Background checks are a requirement to be referred for bank, residential and commercial work. "There are no exceptions". The fee of $99.00 covers cost of setting up your profile and running your background check. In order to be referred to these projects or receive resi -dential lead's you must have your background check and an activated profile.

      Contractor Support is a FREE service to our clients. Bank owned property repairs are always at no cost to our clients as well as residential and commercial projects, this work is given out according to the availability, location and skills of the client. There is no bidding to bank owned property repairs and no upfront cost of material to the contractor. Residential projects are solely between you and the homeowner.

      Contractor Support does not charge monthly fees or membership fees for its services. We do not keep your credit card information on file and we do not charge your credit card for leads. Again there is no cost to our clients for bank owned property projects.
